Please note: Every item is HAND MADE. Due to this there may be slight variations in the products from those pictured.

The Wand Shop Store accepts all major credit cards through our secure server paypal shopping cart. Your Credit Card charge will appear as ARH Baden Group, Inc. on your statement. All purchases must be paid in full before items will be shipped. The Wand Shop Store also accepts payment by money order or certified check. Money orders, personal checks, and certified checks must be made out to ARH Baden Group. There will be a $25.00 charge for any personal checks returned by the bank for any reason. There will be a $25.00 charge for any payments which are charged back, including credit card payments. If you do not pay for items or the charge back, you WILL be reported to all credit reporting agencies as a delinquent account and you WILL be prosecuted for retail fraud and face fines and jail time, so don't do it! Payment MUST be received BEFORE items will be shipped.

RETURNS

Each item purchased through The Wand Shop can be returned within 10 days from the ship date except Black Cat Robes and Custom Made Items from any store. Cost of the item will NOT be refunded if all conditions listed on this page are not met. Shipping and handling and engraving and customizing and service charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. The items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure your return is properly packaged. ITEMS DAMAGED BY LACK OF PROTECTION DURING RETURN SHIPPING WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. No exceptions will apply to this rule. Custom Made items including Black Cat Robes, can only be returned for exchange or store credit (including all "Build A" products, all customized products, and all custom made products). PRIVACY POLICIES

The Wand Shop guarantees your privacy on ALL of your orders (online, mail order, fax, or phone). The Wand Shop does not share, sell, or provide your information to any other entities. The Wand Shop does not use your information for any purposes other than order fulfillment. Order fulfillment is done internally. All information provided is stored by The Wand Shop for three years. The Wand Shop does not use, sell, or release any information provided for any other purposes. The Wand Shop does not have access to your credit card information nor does it share this information with any other entities. The Wand Shop does not have access to your entire credit card number. Your online order information is protected by a SSL (Secure Server Layer) and firewalls. The Wand Shop is a subsidiary of ARH Baden Group, Inc. Your credit card charge will appear as "ARH Baden Group, Inc." on your statement.

SHIPPING POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE! ALL ORDERS ARE HANDMADE. All items are handmade and take 2-6 weeks to create. During peak times, the creation time may be longer. Please note if you include a robe in your order, robes are also handmade and take up to four weeks to make. Your entire order will be shipped with your robe.

Why does it take so long? It takes this long to actually MAKE your wand. Every item is handmade. I do not have wands laying around ready to ship. Your order is special. I do not have "wand parts" lying around. The options I offer (designs, wood, crystals, clear coat, etc.) make this impossible. I offer an unlimited number of wands since you have a large number of options when ordering your wand. You can add a crystal, engraving, choose your wood, your handle design. This makes every wand truly unique and necessitates a handmade wand. When an order comes in, the paperwork on it is processed. I then head out to the workshop, cut up the necessary wood for the wand, and make the wand. This involves a minimum twenty step process - more if there is any add-ons. For instance, the crystal must set for three days to ensure proper bonding. I do not charge your credit card until the day I start to make your wand.

How can I find out about my order status? Please do not call or email regarding your order status. It takes hours each day to respond to emails. This time could be spent making your wand. DO NOT CALL as I can not take the time to return phone calls about order status. It just takes too long and I already work twelve to fourteen hours a day, seven days a week. Please only send one email and include your order number in your subject line. Please be polite. I will usually get a response back to you within 24 hours. But before you email me, make sure you review the above shipping policies. Please do not email me three days after you placed the order asking where the order is. With our new paypal system, you will receive a paypal generated shipping notice when your order ships. The notice will be automatically emailed to the email you provide so if your email is bad or if you block automated emails, you will not receive this notice.

What if my order never arrives? There are several reasons your order may not arrive. If you did not put the actual billing address of the credit card in the Billing section of the order form, your order may be rejected and you may be automatically reported for credit card fraud. If the address you provided was incorrect, the order will eventually be returned to me. This can take up to three months. If it comes back, you will be contacted to correct your address and then it will be sent out again. You may be required to pay for the additional shipping. Your order will always be shipped in a box (with the exception of a few Black Cat Robes items). Some postal delivery people will not leave a box on your doorstep. They will leave a card in your mailbox and you will need to pick up your order. If you do not do this in a timely manner, the order will be returned to me. This is true of international orders as well. Overnight orders will require a signature. If you are not present to sign for the order, the order will be held at the post office. I will send the order back out to you after confirming your address but you may be required to pay for the additional shipping. Please note: If you placed your order with overnight delivery and then did not pick it up at the post office and it is returned to me, your order will be re-shipped using the least expensive method. If you want it re-shipped using Overnight delivery, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charges.
